Welcome to the SCS Knowledge Hub — your one-stop-shop for accessing the tools, support and resources available through the Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) Framework and wider ecosystem.
This hub is designed to help you navigate what’s available, understand your options, and connect to the right support at the right time — whether you are just getting started or already progressing your improvement journey.
### What this hub is for?
The Knowledge Hub brings together guidance, tools and links to support organisations looking to improve capability, performance and resilience.
It provides clear signposting to:
* Programmes such as SC21 and Aero Excellence
* SCS assessment tools and maturity pathways
* Independent providers and partners offering specialist support
* Guidance, resources and best practice from across the sector
Rather than duplicating content, the hub helps you find what you need quickly and confidently, and directs you to the most relevant source of support.

### What is the SCS Framework?
The Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) Framework provides a structured approach to help organisations:
* Assess their current capability
* Improve over time
* Demonstrate progress through a recognised maturity model
It brings together tools, programmes and support across key areas including competitiveness, ESG, and digital capability.
### Working with the wider ecosystem
SCS operates through a collaborative ecosystem of industry, government and expert providers.
Some programmes and services are delivered by ADS, while others are provided by independent organisations. Where applicable, support from external providers may be subject to additional cost.
### Using the Assessment Platform
The Assessor Platform is where you complete pillar assessments, track your maturity, and generate formal outputs. While the Knowledge Hub provides guidance, background, and tools, the platform is where your actual assessment process takes place.
This page explains how the platform works, what you’ll use it for, and where to go for help if you’re not yet onboarded.

### What You’ll Use the Platform For
Once your organisation is registered, the Assessor Platform becomes your central workspace for:
* Launching and completing assessments across SC21, ESG and Digital & Cyber.
* Using the standard **0–3 maturity scale**, with inputs for *Current*, *Compliance*, and *Target* scores
* Attaching supporting evidence (where applicable)
* Receiving **automated recommendations** based on your scoring profile
* Generating downloadable reports
