What is the SCS Framework?
The Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) Framework provides a structured approach to help organisations:
Assess their current capability
Improve over time
Demonstrate progress through a recognised maturity model
It brings together tools, programmes and support across key areas including competitiveness, ESG, and digital capability.
Working with the wider ecosystem
SCS operates through a collaborative ecosystem of industry, government and expert providers.
Some programmes and services are delivered by ADS, while others are provided by independent organisations. Where applicable, support from external providers may be subject to additional cost.
Using the Assessment Platform
The Assessor Platform is where you complete pillar assessments, track your maturity, and generate formal outputs. While the Knowledge Hub provides guidance, background, and tools, the platform is where your actual assessment process takes place.

What You’ll Use the Platform For
Once your organisation is registered, the Assessor Platform becomes your central workspace for:
Launching and completing assessments across SC21, ESG and Digital & Cyber.
Using the standard 0–3 maturity scale, with inputs for Current, Compliance, and Target scores
Attaching supporting evidence (where applicable)
Receiving automated recommendations based on your scoring profile
Generating downloadable reports
