SC21 Clusters

Each SC21 cluster is intentionally different in composition and focus, but all share the same purpose: to bring together like‑minded companies that want to accelerate their continuous improvement journeys. In practice, that means frank peer‑to‑peer learning, regular site visits, and open sharing of what works. Companies meet, tour each other’s facilities, observe proven practices in action, and then adapt those ideas at pace within their own operations. It’s mutual support, structured collaboration, and practical networking at its best—fully aligned to the SC21 community’s ethos of using the CSIParrow-up-right to turn insight into measurable performance gains across quality, delivery and cost.

To make this concrete, current cluster activity includes both OEM‑sponsored and practitioner‑led groups—such as an invitation‑only Boeing Cluster and a broad SC21 & Continuous Improvement cluster led by improvement specialists—giving participants multiple routes to engage depending on maturity, geography and customer alignment. These clusters complement the wider Supply Chain Solutions offer (free monthly training, Provider support, and the Knowledge Hub), creating a joined‑up pathway from quick wins identified by the BMA through to award‑level performance.

  • Community & provider momentum: The SCS Framework sitearrow-up-right continues to publish regular newsarrow-up-right, events and provider spotlights, reinforcing the cadence of training and knowledge‑sharing that clusters plug into (e.g., webinars on Theory of Constraints; multiple Provider Spotlight features)

Together, these clusters act as living classrooms—places where suppliers can see excellence in context, translate it into their CSIPs, and progress faster towards Bronze, Silver or Gold recognition—while building the trusted relationships that make improvements stick.
