# SC21 and Supply Chains Solutions

SC21 is part of the Supply Chain Solutions framework (SCS). In SCS, separate pillars provide different ways to support companies in the aerospace, defence, space and security sectors. All SCS pillars look to help companies improve, and all have elements that are free to Participants. Companies can engage in as many pillars as they wish.

SC21 will encourage companies to engage in activities in the other pillars and will ensure that the broader SCS support, resources, and tools are available to SC21 Participants. It is likely, over time, that much of this support will become SCS ‘badged’ rather than be aligned to a particular programme or pathway.
