SCS Assessment Tool - FAQs
For any issues encountered while using the assessment platform.
1. I didn’t receive my email verification link. What should I do?
If you haven’t received your verification email: https://app.guideflow.com/player/5pvz58yuwk
Check your Spam/Junk or Mimecast quarantine folders.
The email will come from [email protected].
If you find the email in Junk, move it to your main inbox before clicking the link, as links may not work from quarantine folders.
If you still can’t find the email, please contact the SCS team and we can resend the verification link.
2. My verification link doesn’t work or has expired
Verification links can expire or fail if: https://app.guideflow.com/player/5pvz58yuwk
They are clicked from a quarantined email
Too much time has passed since they were sent
If this happens, contact the SCS team and we will resend a fresh verification link for you.
3. The system says I already have an account, but I can’t log in
This usually means an account was created previously, but the setup wasn’t fully completed. https://app.guideflow.com/player/5pvz58yuwk
Try the following:
Check whether you completed email verification and two‑factor authentication (2FA).
Check your spam folder for earlier verification emails.
If you’re still unable to access the tool, contact the SCS team and we can reset or re‑enable your account.
4. Why do I need to use Two‑Factor Authentication (2FA)?
Two‑Factor Authentication is mandatory for the SCS Assessment Tool and is part of ADS’s security requirements.
To complete 2FA:
Download an authenticator app (e.g. Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator) on your phone.
Scan the QR code shown during login.
Enter the code generated by the app to complete setup.
If you have trouble setting up 2FA, the SCS team can regenerate your QR code for you which will display at the time of login.
5. I’m locked out because someone else completed verification on their phone
If verification or 2FA was completed on someone else’s device (for example during a visit or audit), the account can become locked. https://app.guideflow.com/player/5pvz58yuwk
Please contact the SCS team and we will reset your 2FA setup so you can complete verification on your own device.
6. I’m registered, but I can’t access the assessment I want (e.g. Bronze)
Once logged in: https://app.guideflow.com/player/5pvz58yuwk
Go to your dashboard
Select Add Assessment
Choose the relevant assessment module (e.g. Bronze – ESG Initiator)
If the assessment still doesn’t appear or access is blocked, contact the SCS team for support.
7. The link works on one email address but not another
Some organisations experience issues when switching between shared mailboxes or multiple email addresses.
If this happens:
Ensure you are logging in with the same email address used during registration.
Avoid forwarding verification emails between inboxes.
If needed, the SCS team can resend verification to the correct address.
8. Is my data secure in the Assessment Tool?
Yes. The SCS Assessment Tool operates under ADS security policies, including:
Mandatory 2FA
Controlled user access
Formal Terms & Conditions and Privacy Statements
