What to Expect: The Typical Flow

While each organisation moves at its own pace, most follow a similar sequence:

1. Onboarding & Planning Explore the framework, identify your priorities, and decide where to start — with help available if needed.

2. Assessment Period Complete your chosen assessment (Baseline or Pillar), score your maturity, and collect evidence.

3. Moderation & Review If seeking certification, your assessment will be reviewed by an approved practitioner or the ADS team.

4. Recognition You’ll receive confirmation of your maturity level (Bronze, Silver, or Gold) and targeted improvement guidance.

5. Ongoing Improvement & Renewal Act on the feedback, close gaps, and prepare for reassessment when the time is right for your business.

Timing is flexible. Your actual delivery timeline depends on your delivery model, region, and whether you’re receiving funded or self-led support.
